History: The first meeting of Westside One Residents' Association (WORA) was held on Thursday 30 January 2003. It was quickly followed by the second meeting on Thursday 3 April 2003 in which York Laurent (YL) attended. Soon after several important pre-planning meetings with YL staff were scheduled leading to a full meeting of residents on Thursday 22 May 2003. Six-months later another meeting was convened on Thursday 13 November 2003, with another held six-months later on Thursday 20 May 2004. Here the on-site residents' meeting toured the building, starting in the front entrance. Much was accomplished from that meeting and it wasn't until Thursday 24 February 2005 that the 8th meeting took place.

The 9th meeting of all the leaseholders took place on Tuesday 19 September 2006. This was held at the Birmingham Ramada Hotel.

The last AGM was held on 11 May 2009. The next AGM is to be be held on 20 July 2010. A representative from the managing agent (Centrick) will be attending.

• Minutes for the Residents' Association meeting held on 11 May 2009 at Edmunds Bar, Birmingham. The meeting followwed a period of LVT mediation and was attended by CEM property managers. The freeholder's representative had agreed to be present but did not attend.

• Minutes for the Residents' Association meeting held on 1 October 2008 at Ramada Hotel, The Mailbox, Birmimgham. The meeting followed a period of LVT mediation and was attended by CEM property managers. The freeholder's representative had agreed to be present but did not attend. The minutes were taken by Nathan Hockenhull, CEM Property Manager.

• Minutes for the Residents' Association meeting held on 3 April 2008. The meeting elected the Treasurer and decided to submit an application for the LVT to appoint a new manager.

• Minutes for the Residents' Association meeting held on 23 October 2007. The meeting elected the Chairman (Jim Dunphy) and Secretary (David Barrington).
